For 1st/2nd seat open weak 2, after pd bid 2NT,
3C -- bad hand, good suit
3D -- good hand, bad suit
3H -- good hand, good suit

for 3rd seat open weak 2, after pd bid 2NT,
3C -- bad hand, bad suit
3D -- bad hand, good suit
3H -- good hand, bad suit


So, 1st and 2nd seat will not open with bad points, bad suit.
3rd seat will not open weak 2 with good points and good suit, or we can open at 1 level for we have RDrury for pd to find it out.
4th seat weak 2 will be 6+ suit, 13-15hcp

So we will never open weak 2 with bad hand and bad suit, except 3rd seat, non valuable,
Normally, we will not bid 2NT after 3rd seat, weak 2 opening
